We feature full service catering as well as a full line of party rental and equipment rental. Everything from linens and skirting to platform staging and dance floors. We offer personal, comprehensive services, helpful and professional staff, as well as service seven days a week. We invite you to use this catalog to  help plan your next party. There are endless ways to make your event special, elegant and unique. When you call Hotz Catering and Rental Place you get our personal guarantee that if we don’t have it, we’ll get it for you.

Menu Prices

Menus are priced per person. Menu prices do not include sales tax or gratuity. Additional serving staff, bartenders and specialty chefs are available at an additional charge - Consult your event coordinator.

Gratuity

Gratuity is optional, at the discretion of the client and is greatly appreciated by the staff. Thank You.

Deposit & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price is required to confirm (or “book”) an order. All orders must be paid in full prior to event. Payments made with personal checks must be received at least ten business days prior to event. Cash, cashier’s check, money order or credit card must be received at least seven days prior to event.

Guest Count / Guarantee

A guaranteed minimum guest count is required with your deposit to secure your date. After that, we will be happy to accommodate more guests with notification of at least three days prior to event. Food quantities and prices are based on the number of guests and duration of event. You may decrease your count seven days prior to event. Client will be charged accordingly for additional guests (including musicians, photographers or any other persons retained by the client to provide services during the course of the event). Full payment is due three business days prior to event with certified check, money order, cash or credit card.

Cancellations

All monies received will be applied toward future booking within the calendar year.

Damages

Customer will be charged replacement costs of all missing or damaged linen. Linen damages include holes, snags, tears, burns, candle wax, excessive in, etc. Client will be charged replacement costs for all missing or damaged décor, silver, china, glassware, or any rental equipment. We are not responsible for damage or replacement of client’s items or property used for their event at client’s request.
